TIME ENGINEERING FORECASTS
PERFORMING SERVICES FOR $75 MILLION IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS FOR FY2001
.
Time Engineering, LLC recently
completed performance analysis for the fiscal year 2000. Time Engineering
successfully performed scheduling services for over $38 million worth of
construction projects in FY2000, with a projected work backlog for FY2001
totaling $45 million. Despite this large volume of work, no clients experienced
a single day of noncompensable delay, and every project schedule was delivered
to the client on time.
"Our FY2000 work load was a little
better than expected," said Myrnabelle Roche-Navarro, Project Manager.
"We were very impressed with our projected backlog for FY2001, and experienced
100% compliance with our production goals for every project we worked on,
no exceptions. We expect the biggest jump in overall performance to come
from repeat clients. Our biggest challenge for 2001 is to make sure that
the quality of our services do not slip, and that we can continue to guarantee
a 15 to 30 day turnaround on all baseline schedules. We also need to make
sure that we maintain realistic goals, understanding how easy it is to
grow too quickly."
For FY2001, Time Engineering
plans to focus more market efforts on civil infrastructure, including South
Florida's $327 million Tri County Double Track Corridor project bidding
in mid January 2001.
