Experience and Performance Our Management Team has performed CPM Construction Scheduling Services for over $ 325 million in construction projects, ranging in size between $300K and over $70 million. Our 100% compliance with project plans and specifications has helped our clients avoid many of the costly hassles usually associated with construction scheduling. Zero days of noncompensible delays & Zero days of liquidated damages Our record speaks for itself. To date, none of our clients have experienced a single day of noncompensible delay, and none have been assessed liquidated damages. From our very inception to today, none of our clients have been involved in scheduling related litigation on any projects in which they have used Time Engineering's pre-construction planning & programming services. How we do it Time Engineering focuses on delay claim avoidance by doing things right the first time. By developing project schedules that clearly communicate our client's goals, we assist them in involving other members of the project team before work starts on the jobsite. We have the experience to help our clients formulate realistic scheduling milestones and the technical expertise to meet the most demanding project specifications. Our recent projects Our Mangement Team has successfully completed projects for the United States Navy, the U.S. Department of Defense, the US Coast Guard, the Jacksonville Port Authority, Miami International Airport, Jacksonville International Airport, the FDOT, the Broward County School Board, the State of Florida, the Florida Department of Corrections, the Dade County Aviation Authority, numerous other school boards and several other public and private institutions. Our history Time Engineering was originally conceived in 1994 by Founder and CEO Frank Reilly as part of his Master's Degree thesis on Computerized Application Systems for Construction Management. The initial concept was to develop a systematic approach to project control systems that could simultaneously increase jobsite profitability and decrease the likelihood of schedule delays. From 1994 through 1998 Mr. Reilly field tested and refined this concept as an employee of several construction companies, including Odebrecht Construction. The initial concept eventually became the business model upon which Time Engineering was founded in 1998. Time Engineering was originally headquartered in Gainesville, FL while Mr. Reilly earned his law degree at the University of Florida. Mr. Reilly currently practices construction law and continues to work with Time Engineering on a daily basis. In 2001, Time Engineering opened it's new offices in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Time Engineering currently works on projects throughout the United States. |
