Colonial Drive Park Storage Facilities:  Owned by the Miami Dade Board of County Commissioners and administered by the Miami Dade County Park and Recreation Department.


Naranja Park Storage Facilities:  Owned by the Miami Dade Board of County Commissioners and administered by the Miami Dade County Park and Recreation Department.


Wake Island Airfield, North Pacific Ocean - Airfield Pavement Repairs and Facility Maintenance, Phase 2:  Owned by the United States of America, Department of Defense, United States Navy. This $ 27,843,000.00 project invloves extensive repairs and maintenance to a United States military base located in the North Pacific Ocean. This project is being administered by the Pearl Harbor, Hawaii District of the United States Navy, Pacific Division. The project schedule meets the latest version of the United States Department of Defense's RMS, QCS and SDEF electronic file transfer protocols. 


Peanut Island Environmental Restoration, Containment Levee and Lake Worth Wetland Restoration:  Owned by the United States of America, Department of Defense, Army Corps of Engineers. This $ 26,700,000.00 project was orginally planned to take over 1,000 calendar days. After extensive schedule studies and value engineering, the project duration has been reduced to a planned 765 calendar days. This work invloves extensive dredging of the navigable waterways in Palm Beach County, Florida, extensive environmental restoration of Peanut Island, the construction of a massive plant life conservation area, the construction of new oyster beds, new rip-rap breakwalls, large recreational park, and several hundred acres worth of wetland restoration. This project is being administered by the Jacksonville District of the Army Corps of Engineers. The project schedule meets the latest version of the United States Department of Defense's RMS, QCS and SDEF electronic file transfer protocols. 


Bristol Wastewater Treatment Facilities - Division I: Wastewater Collection Systems and Division II: Wastewater Treatment Faciltity:  Located in the City of Bristol, Florida. This project involves extensive roadwork, demolition, sitework and new construction. In addition to the construction of 50.97 acres of new wastewater treatment plants and drainfields, the project will also include roadwork in the areas of Baker Street, Main Street, Spring Street, North Street, Rock Bluff Road, Trailer Road, Clay Street, Pae Ridge Road, Solomon Road, Faircloth Road, State Road 20 and County Road 271 in Liberty County, Florida. This project is owned by the City of Bristol, Florida.


Fire Station Number 3: Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This project involves demolition and new construction. The project is being administered by the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.


Hialeah Fire Station Number 28: Located in Hialeah, Florida. This project involves demolition and new construction. The project is being administered by the City of Hialeah Public Works Department and is owned by Miami-Dade County, Florida.


Miami International Airport 771C: Located in Miami, Florida. This project involves utilities, demolition and new construction. The project is being administered by the Turner-Austin Airport Team and is owned by American Airlines.


Miami - Dade Auto Tag Agency: Located in Dade County, Florida. This project involves demolition and new construction, constructed in two separate phases. The project is owned by the Miami - Dade General Services Administration.


Martin Luther King Elementary School: Located in Broward County, Florida. This project involves demolition and new construction, constructed in two separate phases. The project is owned by the Broward County School Board.


Miami International Airport 745E: Located in Miami, Florida. This project involves utilities, demolition and new construction located at the C-Throat Connection Corridor of the Main Terminal and infill areas between Concourses B & C. This project is being constructed in two overall phases, with approximately 
sixteen (16) additional sub-phasing requirements. Approximately 85% of the project's sub phasing activities may be running concurrently. The project is being administered by the Turner-Austin Airport Team and is owned by American Airlines.


Miami International Airport 737G: Located in Miami, Florida. This project involves infill construction between Concourses C & D at the Main Terminal, including all six floors. The scope of work includes demolition and new construction, along with extensive coordination between interior finishes and mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades. Many of the project's existing spaces will remain fully operational during construction. In order to meet the project's demanding functional requirements, construction will be accomplished in two overall construction phases, with approximately seventy (70) additional sub-phasing requirements. Approximately 80% of the schedule's sub phases will be running concurrently. The project is being administered by the Turner-Austin Airport Team and is owned by American Airlines.


Gulf Coast Community College Wellness Center: Located in Panama City, FL. This project involves new construction of a gymnasium and associated support spaces.


Ocala Electric Utilities Customer Service Offices: Owned by the Ocala Electric Utility Commission in Ocala, FL. This project involves new construction of a two story office building with associated parking and roadwork.


Potter Park Community Center & Gym: Owned by the Town of Davie, FL. This project involves demolition and new construction. 



State Road 91 in Orange County, FL: Owned by the FDOT, this project involves several miles of demolition, widening, paving and new bridge construction in the city of Orlando, FL. 


Plantation Central Park Expansion: New construction and renovations to approximately 30 acres of land owned by the City of Plantation, FL. Proposed facilities include: soccer fields, concession buildings, pavillions, a tennis center and picnic areas. The project is located just northeast of the intersection of Broward Boulevard and Central Park Drive .


Boca Raton YMCA: New construction and renovations for a project owned by the YMCA. Because parts of the building will be occupied during construction, extensive phasing will be required. 


Halpatiokee Regional Park: New construction and renovations for a project owned by Martin County, FL. The project involves 164 acres of work, including:  10 tennis courts, 3 baseball fields, 2 concession buildings, a roller hockey rink and five soccer fields. The project is located just east of I-95 and Highway 76, next to Lost River Road.


Village Elementary School: New construction and renovations for a project owned by the The Broward County School Board.


Albertson's Store # 4407: Located in Bradenton, FL this project involves demolition, new construction, interior and exterior renovations to an existing store. This project is being constructed in ten separate phases, with six phases running concurrently. The project will be constructed while the existing store remains open to the public.


County Road 672 & Balm Riverview Intersection Improvements: Demolition, widening and new construction of approximately .4 miles of roadway and related M.O.T. Project owned by the  Hillsborough County Department of Public Works


Jacksonville Naval Base Fuel Depot: CPM & management consultant for the demolition and construction of new jetfighter fuel tanks for the United States Navy located at the  Jacksonville Naval Air Station.


SouthTrust Bank, Bloomingdale Branch: New Construction of a privately owned bank with drive through facilities, located in Bloomingdale, FL, and owned by  Southtrust Bank, N.A.


Flying J Travel Plaza: New construction of rest stop facilities at the intersection of Interstate 95 & State Road 206 in Saint Augustine, FL.


Jacksonville Airport Electrical Distribution Improvements: Demolition, new construction and renovations to the Airport's airside electrical distribution systems. Owned by the Jacksonville Port Authority


Lowell Correctional Institution:  The Lowell Correctional Facility is located just north of Ocala, FL. This $32MM project involves demolition, extensive sitework, and the new construction of 13 separate buildings. The project is owned by The Florida Department of Corrections.


Richmond Hill Bank: New Construction of a privately owned bank with drive through facilities, located in Savannah, Georgia, and owned by Eagle Bank.


Truman Annex Naval Base: Demolition, renovations and new construction of facilities located in Key West, FL. Owned byThe United States Navy . Contract administered by The United States Coast Guard.


Stranahan High School Medical Magnet Building: New construction, demolition and renovations for a project owned by The Broward County School Board.
 


Camp Blanding Fire Rescue and Medical Facilities: Owned by The United States Dept. of Defense. New construction of facilities to be occupied by The United States Navy.
 


Thelma A. Boltin Activity Center: Located in downtown Gainesville, FL. Historic renovations for a building owned by the City of Gainesville.
 


Renovations and Additions to the P.K. Yonge School: Owned by The University of Florida. Construction of new classroom facilities and renovations.
