The partners of Reilly Roche, LLP  are two of the very few attorneys in Florida who hold Bachelor Degrees in Architecture, Masters Degrees in Building  Construction, and Law Degrees.

Mr. Reilly and Ms. Roche originally met in 1993 while attending the University of Florida’s College of Architecture. Frank V. Reilly and Myrnabelle Roche.  They have worked together professionally since 1998 when they formed their own construction management firm in Gainesville, Florida. Their construction firm, Time Engineering, LLC, is still in operation today. Mr. Reilly is a State Certified General Contractor in Florida and Ms. Roche is a member of the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Code Enforcement Board.

Since 2000, Reilly Roche has quickly established a significant presence in South Florida. The firm has represented over 150 different construction and design related clients on some of South Florida’s very highest profile projects.
